Return, Refund & Other Policies

 

RETURN POLICY:

You may return any unopened or damaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. However, please note that a 5% fee will be deducted to cover credit card processing and restocking costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for return shipping expenses, as Best Life does not cover them. You have the option to either ship the supplements back to our warehouse or drop them off at Dr. Libby's home office if you're local. LAST-MINUTE CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS: 

You can easily manage and update your subscription orders through the email notifications you receive. Just click the "Manage Subscription" button in the email. If you're unable to make changes yourself, we're happy to assist. To ensure your subscription orders are processed on time, please request any changes at least 24 hours in advance on business days (Monday through Friday). We cannot accommodate changes on weekends. For assistance with modifications during business hours, feel free to contact our team. If you miss the 24-hour window or need to make changes outside of business hours, you can still manage your subscription through the email notification for your upcoming order.

BROKEN GLASS BOTTLES:

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives with a broken bottle, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly by providing a replacement. However, to expedite this process and ensure proper reimbursement from the carrier, we kindly ask for your assistance by following these steps:

  1. Take Clear Photos: Please take a clear photo of both the damaged box and the broken bottle.
    • The photo of the box should clearly show any visible external damage.
    • The photo of the broken bottle should capture the damage to the item itself.
  2. Send the Photos to Us: Once you have both pictures, email them to our support team as soon as possible.

These images are essential for us to process the claim with the carrier and ensure we can promptly send you a replacement. With both pictures, we can proceed with the claim and may be able to offer a replacement.

FORGOT TO APPLY DISCOUNT CODE: 

We cannot retroactively apply discount codes or refund the difference if an order is placed without using an available discount code. To ensure you receive the benefit of any discounts, we recommend double-checking your order before completing the checkout process to ensure the discount code has been applied correctly. Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase, and we cannot make adjustments once an order has been processed. If you encounter any issues applying a discount code, please contact our support team before finalizing your order. 

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS FOR ACTIVE PATIENTS

We recommend avoiding supplement subscriptions unless you're on a long-term maintenance protocol. Supplement needs can vary, with some bottles lasting longer than others, and your regimen will likely change as we progress through the program. Ordering supplements as needed is more practical and allows you to use your program's discount codes, which often offer better pricing. This way, you can stay aligned with your current protocol while ensuring the best value.
